Welcome to the tour of Greenhill Towers. We offer a sophisticated and lively office environment, with sleek architectural features and a host of amenities. Our towers were designed by Pierce Godwin Alexander in 1986, with renovations designed by the idGroup in 2017. Greenhill towers is also a two-time TOBY award winning establishment, recognized by BOMA for our excellence in building management.

 

We take care of our customers through deluxe amenities, like our Mother’s Room, Tide dry-cleaning services, and complimentary shoeshine service on Mondays. Your inquiries are always promptly taken care of by our on-site management team and 24/7 security personnel. Our spacious conference room is ideal for breakout meetings, business seminars or other functions and can comfortably accommodate large or small groups. Attached to our conference room is a kitchen for catering events. These spaces are cleaned with Nanoseptic spray every six months, reducing the number of harmful bacteria and viruses on surfaces.  

 

All common spaces are equipped with self-cleaning, Nanoseptic surfaces, which work 24/7 to oxidize organic matter. Each elevator cab has Ionic Air Cleaning technology installed, which works in conjunction with the properties’ HVAC system to kill viruses, bacteria, and other harmful particulates. All of these measures work together to protect our customers and visitors from in-office infectious disease transmission. In fact, our recent Healthy Building Initiative was certified Platinum by Haven Diagnostics, making Greenhill Towers in the top 5% of office buildings in Dallas-Fort Worth for our health and safety practices.

 

On our ground floor, customers can enjoy premium craft coffee, fresh salads, and sandwiches as well as breakfast all day at Ascension Coffee. Take your meeting outside and experience the buzz of our outdoor patio. Customers can find other outdoor spaces at every turn, including a quiet escape right outside our Garden Building. Around the corner from our management office is the Greenhill Towers fitness center, a state-of-the-art facility, including elliptical, free weights, boxing, and resistance equipment. Plus, towel service, resort style locker rooms, and WIFI make it easier than ever to prioritize well-being at the office.

 

Suite spaces can accommodate business of any size and feature customizable layouts with multiple design themes to choose from. One such space is our 8th-floor vacancy, which comes with unobstructed views. With two parking levels below ground, and three above ground, we are proud to offer four parking spaces for every 1,000 square feet of space. Multiple points of entry reduce foot traffic during the morning and evening rush. Our towers offer seamless building entry with access directly from our parking garages, so there is never a need to brave the element when you arrive at Greenhill Towers.
